Additional information about the CNCA Certificate
A CNCA number cannot be created on forehand. A CNCA number will be available together with the draft CNCA certificate. It is not needed to mention the CNCA number on the Master Bill of Lading and manifest of the carrier. Once the draft CNCA certificate is approved an original CNCA certificate will be printed at the responsible authority. The CNCA certificate can only be used when it is signed, dated and stamped by the Angolan Authority.
For creating a CNCA certificate different rates are applicable. This is depends on the Port of Loading and type of shipment, like LCL, FCL, Breakbulk or RORO.
